Xwind, LLC was founded in 2006 for the sole purpose of helping pilots achieve crosswind landing excellence.

In August of 2008 Xwind joined forces with Redbird Flight Simulations in Austin, TX and began using the same Xwind motion technology in a line of full motion flight simulators.

Xwind is now the engineering and manufacturing arm of the full Redbird Flight Simulations product line. Redbird handles all marketing and sales of the Xwind Crosswind Landing Trainer and many other products.
